Listed below are detailed instructions on how to use you SimpleVoiceCenter.
After you’ve signed up for a SimpleVoiceCenter account the next step is to set
up your outgoing greeting and create sub voice boxes. First time setup and future
account management may be accessed with administrative mode. Take note administrative
mode is for the account holder only. Following are instructions for accessing
administrative mode.
Administrative mode for Standard Free and Toll-Free Service:
Dial your VoiceCenter number, when prompted enter your access code followed by
the * key, you will then be prompted for your password followed by the # key.
Administrative mode for Private Number Service:

will be prompted for your password followed by the # key.
After you have accessed the administrative mode you will be guided with voice
prompts to help you set up or manage your outgoing greetings and any additional
sub voice boxes you create.
Your main greeting is stored in extension 0; this is where you will instruct
your callers on which sub voice box they will select, such as press 1 for sales, press
2 for promotions and so on. To add sub voice boxes you will be prompted to either enter
the extension number for a sub voice box followed by the # key or simply press # to create
a new extension number for a new sub voice box.

your greetings and leave you messages. Following are instructions for your callers.

followed by the # key.
